Best way to attach 3rd gen and 4th gen Radions to Apex

It would be great if Neptune would update their documentation. The 2016 has been out for about 3 years, yet their online support still shows how to set up rations with an apex classic display. https://www.neptunesystems.com/getstarted/wxm/radion/

I don't understand what the issue is?? Is something missing?? Those directions worked like a charm for me a few years back when I setup my Radion's with an 2016 Apex....
