Keep new fish in a clear fish container for a few days. Wait till clown is used to him.

What some of my acquaintances have done in these situations is put a mirror near where the bully fish is at so that it sees it's own reflection. Leave it there a few days. This has worker for them so maybe it will work in your case also?

I'll give it a try... All fish have so many characteristics... Lol like children sometimes ....
