Clowns are the devil's child. To see if this is truly occurring, Next time you go to feed tank, set your cell phone on video mode for about 30 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.
Review the video and see if there is an aggressor
I will do this tonight but im doubtful the blenny will come out to eat. He is currently still breathing heavily. Let's say the clownfish did bite him is heavy breathing a symptom of being bitten? I won't be able to inspect him for damage unless he comes out or I remove the rocks. I think if it continues tomorrow I will try to remove him

removing rocks may be sole option

No - it's not. Fear, however of being re-attacked might be.

Update

His heavy breathing has stopped and he has lost his stress stripes. He still hasn't ate but he did swim around when I was feeding. He has no signs of disease base on appearance im going to say he must've gotten attacked or spooked by something. Hes staying in the rocks way more then usual but he appears alot better then yesterday.
