We just did a really big water change in my 75 gal. Tank. Had 2 BTA and 2 designer clowns. Each clown usually host each BTA, but since the water change they are now both hosting just one nem. Is this normal? Also how long will it take for the nems to come back out? Could that be why they are both in one now?

IMHO there is no 'normal' for changes in behavior with fish.

Nems seem to have a mind of their own as well. LOL! They can be slow ( like a day or 3) to change.

Could be, but I don't think anybody could tell you for sure.

Good luck.
