How is one torch head so big? Is it splitting?

My grail is one head also but the way it’s splitting it’s more like 5 heads but still connected

Can you show us a pic of the torch head from the side so we can get an idea how big it is?

Is the skeleton clover shaped and retracted?

If the skeleton is clover shaped, does this mean it's splitting?
Yes it in the process of splitting. It takes time but if you keep feeding and giving stability and keep calcium correct those nubs will become individual heads. And then in time those will split also.
