thats what I'm afraid ill end up doing is maxing out space once they really start growing. We have gsp, and xenia ..and plan to keep em groomed . Your cloves and zoas look fantastic. I just added 2 frags of firework cloves, and they're really bright

I recently purchased some flame tip cloves from @footgal and honestly between those and the rainbow cloves I can’t wait till they take off! Plan is to let those cover all the spots up top where the light may be toooo bright for other corals!

That fuge sure does grow things. Recently notice cyano in there but no where else so I’m just manually removing it!

So I ripped apart my tank and cleaned it. I removed all my sand, ridding myself of the black sand. I placed new sand and used around 15lbs (probably less) I am much happier with the pure white sand now. I am about 24hrs out from when I got everything put back together and all my corals and fish seem happy.

I did reuse about 5 gallons or so of water.
I will be reseeding my pod population and I already replaced the brittle stars that I couldn’t find.
I rinsed and lightly scrubbed al my rocks in salt water.

the amount of detritus was outrageous.

my mandarin is having to work for her food until the pod orders come in. I did pick up some fromLFS but won’t be nearly enough to really get the explosion of pods I’m looking for, so I always buy pods from multiple places. I know some of my amphipods made it through but no sure how many which means I will probably buy a small batch. With the hopes between my nassarius and the micro brittle stars I keep a cleaner tank

I assume it is a Zoa eating nudibranch. Well was one!

So got this set up last night

Had to dismantle my tank to catch those little shrimp! But I got them! Now today I’ll do my wc and fix my dt. On Monday my new AI prime comes in ( as long as fed ex doesn’t act like buttholes again) and I’ll be able to remove my hood and get that looking right. Definitely gonna be using my ATO when that hood comes off!

Need to change the wave maker settings at some point. Amp it up a little!

Sold the entire set up. The hood and light were an issue for me. Lights aren’t that great for growing coral and the hood kept the tank to hot.
