Has anyone successfully replaced the fan in a biocube 32 hood and found one that isn't so loud?

If so - can you point me to the fan you used? And it's pretty easy to just unplug and plug in, right?

At this point I'm inclined to just cut the dang wires. It's so loud.

Thanks! I went ahead and got a fan and just installed it. What a difference. The screws weren't long enough so I dabbed a little super glue gel on there. It'll be a pain to replace later, but it holds and is so quiet.
