Quick cycle this beauty being re-purposed for my bedroom. I built the stand today just the bones. More to come on the finishing of the stand.
New ceramic media
1 year established ceramic media
Live sand
20 gallons from my 90 been up and running for 2+ years but will soon be turned into an Sps grow out frag tank.
Other 12 fresh mixed salt water
1 bottle of dr. Tim’s one and only for a little extra boost
Ammonia source probably fish from LFS

Then wait 4 months TBC

Ps.Don’t mind the clutter moving things around.

Well my LFS has some super small blue tangs and I might get 1 to keep an eye on the algae for me. When he gets bigger I can transfer him out. Some gobies a pair. Maybe a wrasse and call it good. Maybe some barnacle blennys too idk.

Personally I would be okay with adding the tang... for about 2-3 weeks. But if you do that, I would add almost no fish, so that the tang has more swimming space, then when you transfer it you can add more fish. thats just what i would do.
