Well my lfs called me yesterday to say they got some skunk cleaner shrimp in. I picked them up and they are tiny. I decided I’m going to keep them in an acclimation box until they get a little bigger. Shouldn’t be long as I spot fed them frozen Reef Frenzy and they went full on piggy.

Graciously hosting a clown, too!
Yes, typically its the duncan but when the duncan retracts at night the clowns sleep in the candy cane coral.

My clowns have tried just about every coral to host them. This pectinia is the latest but every time I try to get a picture they move.

IDK( that’s I don’t know for you older reefers), I’m going to ask my female clown that did the opposite and transitioned from male to female but I’m assuming magic. ;)

Spotted these two baby RFAs on the rock after fragging my chalice. About the size of pencil eraser. Can’t seem to get my camera to focus better for a better picture.

They look great! So exciting! If you feed them every day or two they grow well.

I don’t know how they were thriving, they weren’t getting any light. Maybe they will move now that they are exposed to direct light.

They move around a lot when they are small looking for safe spots. Mine like to tuck themselves between groups of zoas. Once they get about quarter size they seem to find a place with light and stay put. I fed mine really small foods at first, then small TDO pellets one at a time, and now a medium pellet every now and then.

I have this green one that planted itself in my zoa garden about two years ago and hasn’t moved. All my others move often.
