BIRD WRASSE ACTING ODD

So I have a female bird wrasse probably about 4 inches. She was in my display tank when I noticed she started showing various signs of flukes. I dosed the whole tank with prazipro because there was no chance of getting her out. She was eating every drop of frozen food I fed and swimming 100% fine. I dosed for 2 weeks and now she was hiding in a rock for 2 days and wouldn’t eat. I eventually got her out and did a freshwater dip but looks like it did nothing. She won’t even move in my QT. She won’t eat. She almost looks like sometimes she’s cramping up or having seizures (bending her tail and kind of minimal twitching while doing it). I dosed the QT with prazipro yesterday and she’s still in the same spot barely even moving and still won’t eat. She swam yesterday around the QT but almost looked like she was clueless and then went back to not moving. I have no idea what else could be the problem. Mind you, she’s not even swimming. Just laying on the bottom of the QT up against the glass. PLEASE help!!! Is it a bacterial infection? I have melafix for bacterial infections but can I mix prazipro with melafix?

How many times did you dose Prazipro?

This is all she is doing right now. I dosed prazipro 2 times. Both in the DT. I did one dose, waited 7 days, did a water change, dosed again and waited 7 days and did another water change. But by the 5th or 6th day of the second dose is when she started acting weird.

Doesn’t seem like the video is working but she’s sitting on the bottom of the QT i between the heater and the overflow breathing and kind of moving her fins.

I could see the video, but not much to tell from it.

Is the water quality (ammonia) o.k. in the tank she is in now?
Did any other fish show signs of flukes prior to the treatment?
How long have you had her?

I can't think if anything you can really do at this point. Melafix won't help.

When I try and feed her, it looks like she’s trying to move but has these spasms where she looks likes she’s having a “seizure” and bending her tail

She came out and moved, here’s the video. any idea why she’s acting like this? now she is trying to hide behind my bio balls

Any idea how to get her to eat? Or is there nothing I can do and need to wait and see what happens?

When I moved the bio ball where she was sitting next to, she instantly started shaking and spazzing like she’s having a seizure
