Bjd? Stress with Zoox Expulsion?

This frogspawn has been in for over a week, acclimated fairly well ( didn't expand as much as in the LFS)
Noticed it receiding after day 3 ..lowered it to the sand bed and have been sadly watching it decline since

Any thoughts? Bjd? Stress and zooxanthellea Expulsion?

Anyone have similar issues with success?
