Black box Led dummer issue

I've got a couple of Black Box LEDs with dimmers that don't work. The whites and blues both power up but the whites stay at the lowest setting it can't be made brighter Does anyone know how to get replacement dimmers for these? I've included pictures of the dimmers thank you
