Black Box LED Model Help

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I bought some used generic black box LED lights a while back and I use one for a coral/invert QT tank. I cannot figure out how to program this thing! It's definitely not intuitive, though I didn't expect it to be either...

Does anyone know a model # or where I can find instructions to set a schedule?

The only info I can find on it is that its carried by a company called Twilight Groups LLC
