Hi Everyone,
Found this black dots (definitely have increased a bit) on my Bonsai Acro frag. Overall it has good fluorescence, is encrusting, and decent polyp extension during the day. Not sure what these are, but do they look like black bugs, and if so what should I do? Was able to baste off a few of them.

I can't tell what the dark spots are, and if you can get some of these in a petre dish or under a microscope, in focus images would greatly improve the accuracy of identification. A proper ID is critical to know if and what treatment is needed, if any. My eyes suck, so hopefully someone with better vision can provide the ID you need.

Thanks so much for the reply — they're really hard to catch in the baster but will try to get them under the microscope soon

Thanks again for the advice. Did a dip and managed to get some of these guys from the bottom of the dip container (so hoping I didn't get some unrelated casualties). Any idea what they look like?

Here's an Imgur link, since the site seems to be having issues loading images:

I think I have seen an image of these before, and looking here on the site I found this link with a bug they identify as Alteuthellopsis corallina
