Black Cap Basslet help spots over eye

Hi everyone, I purchased a Black Cap Basslet August 2nd. He has been in QT since day one. The first week I treated with Prazipro, then 21 days of Paraguard, then started second treatment with Prazipro. He was doing fine, eating, etc. A couple of days ago he lost his appetite. I changed %20 of water and added carbon filter. He swims around okay. However, today I came home and found these lumps over his eye. I don't know if it is lymph, ick, velvet, what? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would say possibly an infection near the eye. Treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic, such as Kanaplex or Furan-2.

Is there live rock in there or something it could have scratched its self on?

No live rock. There are 2 pieces of PVC.
