is this ick or flukes? all the other fish in qt look fine

Probably Brook since it's a clownfish. It does look like ich. Rarely do we see ich on clowns. I think it's probably early stage brook.

Yes CP will eliminate the symptoms very quickly! Which is necessary, Brook can kill very very quickly.
