Black Ich on Yellow Tang?

I am a new reefer and every single day I have come across something new and learnt something that I didnt know a day before.. All thanks to this great community and specially @vetteguy53081 and @Jay Hemdal who have been so helpful..

Today I noticed a red mark on my Yellow tang's head and upon looking closely, I see some black spots too. 2 of the 3 yellow tangs show those little black spots that look like Black ich to me.. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/black-ich-turbellarians.259912/ says that we should just let time heal it unless it worsens over time.. just want to confirm if this indeed is black ich and I am supposed to just wait and observe!

Also, what about the red injury mark on the head/dorsal fin intersection?

Video is distorted and may be in part from shimmer but if light as it appears, you can wait it out. If very noticable, you can treat with praziPro or 375 FORMALIN WHICH HAS ITS RISKS. black ich are not parasite ich but are paravortex worms that give it the appearance of ich as melanin pigmentation causes the appearance of black dots . If none available immediately, you can give fish a 5 minute freshwater dip for temporary relief same temperature as display tank.
It takes one worm to start an infestation even if fish were quarantined

Red mark appears as an injury which should heal on its own. You can observe or other option..... Add ruby rally Pro to the tank, safe for coral and inverts OR treat in a separate tank if it becomes sore using seachem Neoplex

The red spot at the junction of the body and the start of the dorsal fin is a prime location for a strike injury to show up - I suspect the fish ran into something when it was frightened by something. If the lesion stays the same size, I don't think that needs treatment, but you should try to reduce anything in the tank that could cause the fish to become startled; light suddenly coming on, possibly other fish chasing it, and then, removing any sharp items in the tank that could create a risk from strike injuries (sharp corners from rocks or cut PVC pipes).

The black spots do seem to be tang turbellarians - which is VERY unusual in captive raised fish. I wonder if the tank also held wild caught fish that could have carried this into your tank? Other tangs and foxface are two common vectors.

If the number of spots stays low like this, I would not treat - just let it go, but keep a close eye on it. Praziquantel is almost universally prescribed as a treatment for this, but in reality, it is not very effective, as prazi doesn't kill parasitic worms, it just causes them to relax and drop off the fish. Turbellarians are so deep-seated, that they usually don't drop off. FW dips or formalin dips are more effective, but are also pretty stressful.
