I have a 90g tank with a established yellow eye kole tank. Is it safe to add a black spot foxface?

That's usually a pretty safe combo. Mature koles can be feisty, and being the only large fish can make them feel like the boss...so it is a little bit of a gamble, but likely fine.

An acclimation box would help for introducing the new rabbit. How big is the tang?

I had a foxface spot (blackspot) along with a yellow eyed kole, it took them a while to get along but eventually they worked it out.. The kole attacked the foxface a few times who used its barbs to stop the problem. A few times of that seem to have worked out thier relationship lol..

In my case the foxface was larger then my kole

Foxface can hold his own against a Kole tang. However, One Spot Foxface get big pretty quick. IME, they will get too big for a 90 gal tank.
