Black spots and bubble algae

Hi everyone

I have black spots on the rocks and bubble algae any idea whats the black spots and best way to get rid of bubble algae they still small bubbles not bothering corals yet but would like to keep them under control .

Tank been running for 6 months now
So you're right in the middle of first year ugly phases which is normal. Rocks seem to be developing norma algae color growth maybe a little cyano too. Primary focus with new tanks is weekly water changes and maintaing good parameters which is difficult because the tank is unstable. Good husbandry too with a diverse cleaner crew.
