black spots on clown

Hey gang.. wild caught clown, went through copper and prazi QT for 3 weeks about a month ago... meaning been in the tank a month.

She has developed black spots.. university of google says maybe sting marks from coral.. or black ich. They dont look like bumps like ich looks like however.

i do have a couple frog spawn colonies in the tank and two bubble tips.

thoughts??

Looks like what I’ve seen called black ich. Google it and there’s plenty of info on it. FYI black ich isn’t actually ich. Just a name. Also I’ve read that if it was sting related it would be blotchy and not evenly sized spots like we see in the image.
