Black Widow Anemone not looking healthy

Hi Everyone. I got a black widow anemone from a friend about a week ago (It was not too healthy when I got him). I currently have him in a large acclimation box. I've attached some pics. Maybe you can help me to identify the problem.

So it de-attaches from the box in the morning, and it looks kinda okay throughout the day.

My water parameters are fine. Corals and my BTA are doing great. BTW I have two Hydra 52s, two MP40s.

Let it out of the box so it can find a spot it likes.
