Blasto is shrugged up

Hey guys,

I recently bought a blasto about 3 weeks ago and it just hasn’t really expanded.. is this normal? What are some reasons blastos could stay shrugged up?
All my other corals seem to be doing perfect. Great colors, growth, etc...

Is there any sand getting on it?
What par is your light? Some requirements are :

salinity. 1.025
Temp. 77-79
Ph. 8.2
Mag 1300
Alk 8-9
Moderate light and good water flow
Feed 2-3x per week
