Guy from Vermont who kept my coral for me while we drove from NY to Colorado just sent my corals to me. My one acro came totally bleached and I’m wondering what is the best way to care for it....lighting, placement in tank, flow..that sort of thing.

Make sire its bleach and not dead.. bleached will still have the nrown lines on its skin if the skin is still there.

I have a bleached acro i put it normally like i would any acro top of my rocos and good flow and in 2 weeks its recovering.. last 3 days its been grtting greener and greener.. here it is today

Yeah...the tissue is still there. Hope mine will recover too. So you didn’t move it to lower light or lower flow?

No i kept mine right on top of my rock eith my other acroporas.. and in good flow and it came back. Just took z few weeks.. its not q00% but everydsy i see more and more green

Keep it low for sure don’t place at top of tank. A dip will also stress it out even more.

Guess i got lucky mine did fine on top.
