Does anyone know If I can remove this blue background from this tank? The blue is the only thing holding me back from this?

You can vinyl wrap the inside but it is a lot easier to peal so if a snail gets in there it might start the peal...

I've seen it done on overflow boxes

Only pic I have. I'm debating on purchasing this from someone but only if I can remove that horrible blue

The short answer is yes any blue can be removed it will just be a little time consuming. If painted on or its a piece of vinyl you can just use a razor blade and slowly scrape it off. Both should come off with the razor blade just take your time so as to not scratch up the back of the tank.

Its probably painted on. A razor blade scraper will remove it in no time at all as long as it is a glass tank which it appears to be.

If you really want that tank you can do it, all it takes is a little elbow grease and a razorblade!
disclaimer: I've done it before, it SUCKS. a good paint job will take hours to scrape off

Well he said its not paint more like vinyl and its on the back. I only want the tank but he won't budge now lol
