I'm looking to get a blue carpet anemone but I was hoping to get a sense of what it would look like under LED lighting, specifically radions. Does anyone happen to have a picture of one under LEDs???

Nice, I just wanted to make sure that the beautiful color doesn't look to different under led. That looks really good though. Gorgeous tank btw

My Green Haddoni under AI Hydra. The more blue the more pop, but I try to avoid the blue if possible, the windex look.

You're in luck I had a nice one under Radion g3 pros before I sold this livestock and moved on to T5's. I had a bright blue miss him so much especially since I have a carpet dominated tank now.

Not that it should matter too much, but looking at an Gig or Haddoni?
Gig will end up on the rocks, so might be a bit closer to the LEDs, not sure if the spread will change much --- have only used MH and T5s for tanks.

I like the look of that akida. I'm just shopping trex, so either one is an option. I've just admired carpets for a long time and it's something I can finally get as a centerpiece.

If you're looking for a gig do your research because you need a hospital tank antibiotics and a light. You also need high flow just an FYI.

Already have all that minus the medicine. Do they get sick often? Or is it more of a just in case

Unless they have been treated (sometimes even still get sick) they will most definitely get sick it's just part of the process with gigs. This is why most people prefer haddoni since they're hardier. Gigs are very difficult and I suggest you house a few carpets prior to getting one. As difficult as they are to care for they're that much more difficult to find, especially healthy. Get a prescription for cipro from your vet or purchase some on ebay.
