Blue Cespitularia?

Is it normal for one of these to go from looking fantastic (idk if polyp extension gets any better) for months it was the ruby of the tank it was bombproof then it shrunk and lost color BUT at the same time started to spread out over the rockwork ...is that normal growth for these? Ty in advance

I would say yes, it looks healthy and has good pe, I'm trying to get mine to go up the glass! ;)
