I have a small blue eye tang that with in the past week or so has started chasing my bi color blenny and pink spot anthias. Both seem too afraid to come out now. Is this likely something that will continue or maybe just a passing aggression? I really like the tang but not if he is going to be a bully.

Aggression may or may not improve. The tang may just be trying to establish it's place in the tank, or it could just be an aggressive specimen.

If all fish been in tank and no new arrivals, then I would rearrange the rocks to break up the tangs territory. If that doesn't work then moving the tang to a different tank for a few months then reintroduce him to DT. Good luck

Ctenochaetus tangs do not like Blennies, it is crazy how much they hate them. Eventually the Blenny will learn to sneak around to avoid the tang but I doubt they will ever get along.
