Blue haddoni anemone

I have the opportunity to purchase one that has been in someone's tank for 4 years and am very tempted, but have never kept any variety of carpet anemone before. My experience with anemones is limited to a variety of BTAs, but those have all done very well in my systems. Any advice/things to take into consideration?
