blue hammer coral??

I'm always on offer up to see what local reefers are selling, I'm in SoCal and someone was selling them for $30 ea single heads.

an LFS has them for $60 a head but honestly they don't look that great and kinda blend in with the blue light. Would be nice for a hammer garden, but if I only got 1 it would be a green one.

If my lfs looked like that I would be broke.....

My LFS has some real nice corals like that but very small tank. About the size of that showed. There are plenty in Tampa which is about half hour from me that have huge massive tanks but nothing is named and just basic corals! I was looking at a blue with 2 or maybe 3 head for 129 and free shipping but after seeing in the tank dosnt look so hot! Definitely not a bright coral and whoever said it blends in with the blue lights is right! I'm glad I found this thread because I was about to pull the trigger!
