Blue Hippo Tang w/ "hole" in it's side

Ok, here's a new one. Couple days ago, I noticed a "spot" on our Blue Hippo. I chalked it up to the that discoloration symptom they seem to get so commonly.

Today, it's more than that. Almost looks like an open sore. Anything I can do? What is it? Is this some type of physical injury its gotten from the rocks or something. No bullying to speak of in the tank. @melypr1985 @Humblefish #reefsquad

I would place him in QT and dose Furan-2 + Kanaplex + Metroplex.

I’ll have to order some of those meds. Think he’s ok for a day or two?
