Blue LED pics?

How can i get good LED pics with just the blues on?I have a Nikon d80

Take the pix in NEF format and adjust with the software. Use a tripod and take the pix at the slowest you can with an ISO of 100 and middle aperture.

The question I have is after you shoot in RAW how do you post process the image with the Nikon processing software and how do I convert it back to a jpeg? I don't have processing software. Is that something I need to buy? I own a Nikon D40X.

With my reefbrite strip I have to use NX2 to white balance against a grey card. lightroom and photoshop seem to have a limit that the blue LEDs cross
