Blue Ridge Coral Issues

So I got this guy many moons ago. Some spagetti worms have started taking over. My water parameters have improved for acceptable ranges (it's was bad). Even though improved water quality it still will not open up except every once in a while. How do I removed these worms? I tried once and it did not get rid of them.

Pic? Blue Ridge corals aren't the easiest corals to keep.
