Sorry to say but this fish appears to be mauled by tank mate(s). Isolation in an Acclimation box or similar will offer best chance for recovery
Pics are a bit fuzzy to determine severity but assure there’s no sores or raw flesh showing

Crazyfish posted another thread earlier about this - he had 4 blue dot jawfish (now 3) in his tank.

Not sure tank size but they’re most likely going to fight until it’s a mated pair or only 1.
