Sorry to say but this fish appears to be mauled by tank mate(s). Isolation in an Acclimation box or similar will offer best chance for recoveryAnyone can see what happened to him or her he is so beat up please help
Pics are a bit fuzzy to determine severity but assure there’s no sores or raw flesh showing

Crazyfish posted another thread earlier about this - he had 4 blue dot jawfish (now 3) in his tank.
Not sure tank size but they’re most likely going to fight until it’s a mated pair or only 1.
