Blue tang eye problems HELP!

I woke up this morning and did my normal walk around of the tanks, and noticed my blue tang was hanging out at the bottom of the tank next to my mandarin(they are best buds) so I peaked behind the rock and his eye was white and cloudy!!! Only one is cloudy and I tried to take a picture, can anyone help me identify this?
