Hey all, my dad recently got a blue eye tang (bristletooth family) for his 200litre mixed reef 5 days ago, all was well for about 20 minutes being in the tank and then his giant cherub angelfish started being an absolute tyrant, we left it for a day thinking it would calm down and even tried lights off for half a day but nothing was helping. by this point the poor tang was covered in marks from the bullying so we decided to emergency rehome to my 90L (before tang police come in, the tang wouldve died within a day from the amount of bullying and a tang this size can last a few months if not a year in my sized tank, and the plan is to fatten it up and rehome it back to my dads tank when its a bit more fighting size and we may get rid of the cherub angel brute) anyway all is well in my tank now and the tang is loving life, feeding really really well and getting on great with my clowns and royal gramma, all is peace. ive woken up today and noticed the marks are healing up really well but the right eye is bulging slighly, ive read other posts and one had a very similar issue with a foxface, ive also read popeye infections and bacterial issues are very likely to effect both eyes together so leading me to think its the result of an injury with the cherub angel. Any inputs and advice would be massively appreciated.
Thanks, George

Eye swelling after an injury is very common. It isn’t treatable as there is no infection associated with it (just watch for worsening symptoms; growing larger, turning red or getting really white and milky).
It can take a month or longer for this to heal.
