I prefer to run copper for 30 days and THEN dose with prazi, but I understand many people choose 14 days. I don’t like to mix copper and GC b/c of the overlap with the metro, and it just complicates things.

This was one of my questions as well.

OP's description was spot on option 1 - 14 days then to sterile QT or option 2 for full 30 days (for those that only have 1 QT thus can't transfer to sterile.

Option 2 is preferred, but Option 1 may leave nasties behind if copper is reduced after 14 days if they're still not fully hatched and subject to copper. I thought the idea of going to another sterile tank is a TTM-like step that would minimize untreated nasties staying and re-infecting the animals as soon as Copper is removed.

Is this not the case?

BTW - Grammas act funny and swim funny regardless of copper or not. I had one in the past that swam almost vertically all the time.
