Blue tang white spot

My blue tang and powder blue tang both have lots of white spot , I’ve been treating it for 1 and a half weeks with Polly lab medic but hasn’t touched it what can I use that will help get rid of it

Polyp Lab Medic doesn't always work against ich. It's popular, not because it works well, but because it is easy to use, being mostly reef safe.

The two most effective treatments against marine ich are coppersafe or hyposalinity, but those cannot be done in an aquarium with invertebrates present.
