I have a Blue throat trigger that appears to have a crusty like substance above his eye. Any thoughts on what this could be and what I may need to do to treat? He’s eating well and appears to be healthy. Water parameters are good: 8.2ph, ~1 nitrates. 79deg
Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
Thanks, Alex

Is it just above the right eye?
Did it show up at once, or grow over time?
Are there other white spots on the fish or are those spots on the tank glass?

It’s only on the one right eye. I believe it showed up at once since didn’t see it before. No white spots on the fish, that was the tank.

I would suspect this is just a scrape/injury and just watch it for now.
