Our city is currently under a boil alert for a pipe break. I have held off for a couple days on making RO/DI water, but will need to make some today as my ATO is almost dry. Am I safe to do so?

As long as your TDS meter is 0, you're good. If you're nervous about it, you can always go buy distilled water from the grocery store. Here they sell right around $0.75/gal if you buy it in the 2.5 gallon container.

They are asking you to boil out of fear of the possibility of bacteria. Although an RO/DI system should not be used to "sterilize" water, the membrane will not permit bacterial to pass through. I say you're good to go.

It's doing pretty well. I have been having a an issue with Cyano but hopefully an H2O2 thread may bring some light to that. I added a Kole Tang today after using TTM. Nothing else really.

You still working on removing the Monti?
