As far as the paint and eggcrate goe.


I have used white eggcrate that has been cleaned, soaked, "cured" in everything from FW to white vin. The same problems were still present unless sealed IME.

I let the paint cure for about a day before adding it to my tank. I have never had any problems with the paint.
