Thanks Brew12.

I forget to say that i used nsw, self pumped up from 6 meter deep in Holland and change every week 50 liter = 15%
I send the North Sea Water to ATI Lab and it's perfect water with a 100% rating :D
The corals love it.

And it's free, just the fuel to drive, buth a lot cheaper then making seawater with RO water + a good salt

A look inside the cabinet.
The yellow pvc plate have al the 5 sensors for the ATO.
Low water alarm, adding RO water, stopping RO water, extra sensor stopping RO water if the first sensor fails and high water alarm.
The cup of the skimmer have 2 sensors, alarm and cutting the power of by boil over.
The lowest = alarm en the highest = cutting power of.

The RO 10 liter can have 2 sensors, the highest for alarm, RO water low.
The lowest for cutting the power of the pump.

Your mixing station holds a lot more water than mine does, and like you said, its cheaper to operate! :p

A look inside the cabinet.
Almost as impressive as the display!

Did you do the wiring and automation yourself? That is some seriously nice work!;Singing

Yes everything doing self, wiring and automation, there are more then 100 meter elektrical wire inside.
Every wall socket have is own 2P switch.

Now i have making the T5 dimming with a PWM tot 0-10v convertor with a TC421 controller, and it's working fine and cheap.
I started with 2 different convertor prints, 1 working perfect, now i waiting for the other convertor prints.

How a make my DIY ATO.
I used 3 single sensors and 2 double sensors, NO or NC can switch the floating ball turning.

Sensor 0 = Low water alarm + Buzzer & Led
Sensor 1 = start RO pump + Led
Sensor 2 = stop RO pump
Sensor 3 = stop RO pump when sensor 2 fails!
Sensor 6 = high water alarm + Buzzer & Led

RO can.
Sensor 5 = RO water low = Buzzer & Led
Sensor 4 = RO water almost empty = cutting power of RO pump.

The sensors are working between 10mm and 12mm.

I used a PRC2P20CBL relay.

A look inside my own made lightmodule.
Made from MDF en painted.
I started wit 4 x T5 and 1 Pulzar.
Now i decided for 2 extra T5 with Actinics.
To acclimate just 1 Actinic of the 2 extra are used on 15%, every 5 days + 5% till 100%
Then the second Actinic rised up..........................

The fans inside are working with a Temperature controller +35° C are there starting turning.
A second temperature controller gives a alarm buzzer & led = inside +45° C
There also 2 hygrometers inside.
