Bowed platform top diy stand?

I’ve dragged out painting my 3/4” marine plywood platform top for a new stand (temps not optimal for paint). It’s laying flat inside but it definitely lifted maybe 1-2mm 3mm max on edges.

I’m trying to weigh it down, but if it doesn’t want to settle should I screw it on the frame anyways because the rimmed tank will even out — or scrap it for a new top?

This is the stand on its side, the frame to the left is the top, it has two rectangle gussets in the sides too.

You can get a level and shim the top flat. Unscrew a bit and add a filler like construction adhesive to level

I haven’t screwed it in yet, that’s just my top frame on the side left, I was going to screw and glue plywood to it. I’m hopeful screwing it down is plenty but didn’t want to if it wasn’t worth it safety wise

That looks sharp! I debated doing epoxy on our top trim to get a faux look like that, but it stinks the whole house up

Figured I’d update you guys! I added a face frame, and did some fiberglass cloth / epoxy on my leg joints and added gussets in between them to hopefully reinforced my thin framing.

Definitely could have used more vertical space (even an inch or two to get tall equipment in and out), it’s extremely limited but I thought the bottom frame would better distribute weight. Plumbing is cemented. Stand is super heavy, and hope the water test runs smooth.

Did the inside with primer then appliance epoxy & silicones edges. Still debating finishing color on the outside & cabinet door style (and maybe a canopy).
