Bowerbanki question

Hello all. I've had this bowerbanki for about a year now. While it has been healthy and the second smaller head has grown some what it has mostly not changed much. I now have these white protrusion That I'm hoping are new heads starting but am not sure as I have no experience with them except this one. For those familiar with them do these look to be new heads forming?

Almost looks like new mouths or possibly skeleton. Can you tell if it’s hard or soft?

I think they are new mouths. Looked this eve and they appear to be forming tissue. Sweet!
