Snail knocked it off the rock and it landed upside down next to the echinata, echinata had lunch and this is the result. One mouth is still working and accepted the lps pellets I gave it. What’s the odds of the other polyp recovering?

Part of its mouth is still intact, so there's a chance but no guarantees.
If you have an Iodine dip around I would do a little bath for it for 10-15 minutes just to ensure no bacterial infection will develop afterwards.
