Hello my box fish got something like ick I have reef rally pro and kick ich pro with me rn what should I do to treat him , a fresh water bath ? Please help I don’t want him to die

These are prone to ich and do not hold well in copper based meds. I would consider hyposalinuty ( 1.009) gradual or General cure as a treatment

Also can I give him a fresh water bath a bit ? Like 1-2 mins ?
As long as not stressed or breathing heavy- Yes. Assure its the same temperature as display tank. Add aeration if youd like

Hope you have a bigger tank for it. They will need over 120g tank as they grow. The pictures you posted make it look like a pretty small tank. Stress will make them more susceptible to disease.

Kick ich and reef rally pro doesn’t work ?
I wouldn't mess around with that stuff.

Go to the proven methods: hypo, or copper, or Tank Transfer Method.

If you are hesitant on copper with him, the other 2 are great options.

Edit: all fish will need treated, not just the boxfish
