Around the rock always looking for food. But they do use the upper water column as wellTang swimming more around the rock or upper 1/3?
Oooh what’s going in it? Cover that baby and add a wild betta. You’ll thank me later.Im making a sumped freshwater tank.... blackwater with plants. All kinds of against the grain going on.
Make sure not to go too tall, you will/can block out the light and make shadowing an issue in the lower 1/2 of the water column. My first scape was like that...looked great without water and then I had an issue with one of the rocks staying level and standing up, that turned out t o be a blessing in disguise. I couldn't/wouldn't have lived with that scape and definitely would have torn it down to redo it all.Acrylic tubing came yesterday. Now to play with some vertical rock structure. I'm thinking 18" at the tallest? That allows 6" probably 5" for the true waterline.
Baby Dory loves to cruise around the rocks in the office tank and isn't aggressive towards any fish in the tank.Should I anticipate aggression with my little guys from the Tang and Angel? I'm planning shelter, but I might incorporate more that only they can fit in if so.
I see a future of nothing BUT display sumps.
We can’t wait to see it! It’s going to be aMAZing!I can't wait to show y'all what we have planned!
I like it! I’m wanting some myself.OK, which one of you jokers plonked that pulsing xenia (left) in here? ;)
