I was thinking about Andrew’s islands aquascape idea. I love that look. When I was considering a lagoon I saved off some pictures of random people’s tanks as ideas. I dug a couple of my favorites out. Lots of little areas for the fish to swim around (stolen photos)

I’m with them, scaped right I think you’ll be fine. For the tang experts in here. My yellow is staying in my frag rank. Right now he has the black pipe to hide in but he’ll outgrow that soon. Do I need to put something in there for him to hide in?

Andrew's damsel rubs on him and appears to like being petted. I hand feed everyone, but none of mine are really "friendly".

Yes. I would make the right rock a little taller, or replace with a single piece with good, natural caves. I got very lucky with my live rock. Several caves of various size all over.
