Are you going to be able to get the sump in the stand and get it out when needed? You had mentioned a center brace in the stand, so I was wondering. A door on one end with room to slide the sump out is something that I have done before on my old 200. Glad I did, because there would have been no way I could have removed the big glass sump that I built. You may not even need a center brace for that tank. I don't have one in my 4' tank stand. This sump comes out easy.

im honestly reconsidering this 750xxl for a cube.. never really knew cubes could look so good.
they are so interesting. Inappropriate reefer on youtube has a really nice one that influenced me to get a tank.I agree, after doing my dads I like them even more. Starting to consider large cubes when I do my garage.
Yeah I’m trying to decide how a 48”x48”x24” cube would look, it’s what I’m considering doing in the garage.they are so interesting. Inappropriate reefer on youtube has a really nice one that influenced me to get a tank.

My husband argues that. He says yes, I say no you don't. Imo. The weight dispersement over 30x30 should be minimal. My guess is 2.5 ish lbs per square inch on the frame? 60g stand 33x33Are you going to be able to get the sump in the stand and get it out when needed? I wouldn't say the weight is minimal but it can be accounted for. Nothing says you have to use a single 2x4 to build it. My 187g does not have a center brace, only a decorative removable piece.
