Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

NICE! tell her not to put ice cubes, that doesnt keep them watered, it just kills them!

@Musovski - Thanks for the advice! How much water do we give it and how often?

He had been in the garage taking out the packing materials before this too, but no, my house is certainly not spotless.

You mean your garage has a dirty floor? Lol!

Today he mentioned the high school girls that come to his school to peer tutor play with his hair. ;Nailbiting

Imagine what would happen if he owned some Ugg boots!

Honesty in reefing!

Because my desk is to the left I tend to clean patches of the front glass to get pics!
It is also scaped for my desk view! :)

The twins, without the right side the left side wouldn't work! ;)

The tank is getting REAL now. I have most of our components. Going to make the final measurements for the stand. I have been thinking...I originally thought 33x33...I will measure the corner today and see what maximum size stand will fit and adjust from there. Luckily, the wood will be cheaper since we are painting instead of staining.

well for starters, change the pot its in, its not supposed to be closed, it needs holes. The holes will allow the roots to exit and give it room to grow. Heres everthing youll need:
Soil: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Better-Gro-8-Qt-Special-Orchid-Mix-50020/100127480
Moss: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Better-...PIPHorizontal3_rr-_-100127480-_-202184438-_-N
Food: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Miracle-Gro-Orchid-8-oz-Ready-To-Use-Plant-Food-Mist-100195/204687669
Pot: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XSH8RW...&pd_rd_r=72c7b250-4269-11e9-8091-53ebfc68b3ce

Also, orchids are like children, they do get sick, they also are like leather corals in the sense they do what they want. Theyll bloom whenever they feel necessary.

You must also only water it by mist towards the roots, hence the slotted pot, making sure there is condensation in the pot as well as keeping the wax look on the roots. if it looks dry, touch it.

Lol your so funny but if you wanna learn it’s often taught to Shaolin Monks, gymnastics, and some yoga I have seen. I learned it from when I was in gymnastics, but learned that Shaolin monks use it to meditate, and find focus.
tanks :) im far from a shaolin monk, but ill look into it. :P

I honestly cant wait to see the finished product of this tank @Katrina71. Ive been so interested in a cube since ive seen yours and @dantimdad's , but i only have room for rectangle ones. Im also excited to see how hippie kid grows with the tank and the bond between mother and son on the tank.
