Don't get me started on the bot censorship, I always end up in trouble! :P

So no word allowed that even has a letter combination within the word that is the same as any of the four letter words? Interesting. New lesson for the day. I’m going to clean out my salt water storage bin there seems to be some brown stuff on the inside coating the bottom 18 inches..

[Why-Me]

@Why-Me I’m coming to Minneapolis June 2-5. Besides BRS..lol. What’s a good lfs to check out and any good restaurants to check out. And If ya wanna grab some dinner on me let me know bring the family if you want.

Besides BRS, go to New Wave Aquaria great LFS.
For foods, Minneapolis is famous for the Jucy Lucy; Matt's Bar is said to be the inventor of said cheeseburger. The 5-8 Club disputes that. So there's competition between the two places.
I'll keep in touch dinner sounds good. I'll let ya know if I can make it.

Work. They have pounded it into us so much it carried over to home. :)

Glad it did. I reached for a tool today while repairing the shop vac and got it without even thinking about it. Just started using it.

At least they are not poring out of a clown car like all the politicians running for president!

Amen.

Muscle memory. That's what we called it in law enforcement. I can tell you there is a part of your brain that can be conditioned to respond without a conscious thought. I'm not smart enough to know how it works, but I know you can defend yourself without even thinking.

So true. Some of my research at the university is about this very thing. It’s like when people start a new workout and “feel” gains in the first week or two bc of increased strength. No real increase strength at all. It is “muscle memory” kicking in. It’s the neurologic part of the task that is getting learned. We hook people up to a transcranial magnet and can chose the muscles I want them to flea by where I focus the magnetic force and show them they have more muscle strength than they think. Cool stuff!

Yes. I was shocked that I knocked out a guy. I had no idea I could. Seriously.

[Why-Me]

It's currently 36 degrees and half snow half raining out right now... Will this sh it ever end?

I love those stories. Or when a grandma lifts a car off her adult grandson when a jack slipped! Adrenaline, lack of inhibition to let the body do what it CAN do!
